Appleby Fields

This 8 dwelling development in the heart of Appleby Magna, was developed throughout 2015.

The units ranged from 2 bed – 4 Bed with some properties featuring a stone effect cladding and private garages.

The internal finishings featured Oak flooring, Porcelanosa Tiling & sanitary ware with solid oak doors. The kitchens were supplied by charnwood kitchens and feature bespoke design and hand built units, with Miele appliances installed.
